We shop every major California DPA program — CalHFA MyHome Assistance, California Dream For All, GSFA Platinum, GSFA OpenDoors, GSFA Platinum SELECT (Heroes), CalHFA ZIP, and various county and local housing-authority programs — to find each buyer the most assistance at the best rate.
